Work stress training day.
Dealing with work-related stress will bring qualitative and economic changes for employees, organization and clients. For example, employee performance and commitment increase, absence from work decreases, organizational reputation and customer satisfaction improve.
The purpose of the training day is to learn as a team and as an individual how to keep yourself and others and relationships together at a time of tension. Highlight what I already use, what helps and what doesn't. And also look at how each other is affected through it. We focus on what else I can do for myself and what we can all do together.
